Born in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thailand, Duenchaiphuchana Purasert is an artist who explores sculptural expressions through the medium of earth and nature. Her work centers on the theme of “The Signature of Time”, capturing the natural transformation of clay as it dries and cracks over time. These organic fissures and traces, born from the cycle of nature, go beyond surface beauty to visually embody inner reflection and the harmony between human life and the natural world.
Phooprasert meticulously studies the physical properties of soil, using locally sourced earth to elevate Thailand’s natural and cultural heritage through her art. Her works, infused with both sensuality and philosophy, offer a tactile and visual experience rooted in the textures and forms of living clay—an element that symbolizes the source of life itself. Through this, she invites viewers to feel the quiet rhythm and order of nature, awakening a gentle, emotional resonance.
This exhibition presents a harmonious space where Phooprasert’s sculptural sensibility meets elements of design. This exhibition will be held simultaneously at Hpix Dosan and Galerie 4.0, a private exhibition space and open storage gallery. Within these spaces, the organic elegance of Purasert’s works meets sophisticated design objects, offering a rare aesthetic encounter where the flow of nature and the language of design come together.
